Ministries & Communication Assistant
The Ministries and Communication Assistant is to serve Providence Baptist Church by managing and enhancing the church’s communications efforts and leading administrative and ministry-related support to the other staff members. These duties include church communication and correspondence, Social Media content creation, database maintenance, supply purchasing, calendar coordination, office management, and phone and office reception.

Part-Time Technical Director
Part-Time Technical Director to oversee all aspects of audio, video, lighting, and streaming technology for our worship services, special events, and ministry needs. This role is crucial for ensuring a high-quality, distraction-free technical environment that supports our mission and enhances the worship experience for our congregation. This is a part-time, salaried position requiring approximately 8-10 hours per week.

The Ministry Intern serves in a two-year ministry internship, actively participating in church or organizational life, spiritual formation, and leadership development. The position combines theological coursework, hands-on ministry, mentoring, and increasing leadership responsibility, preparing interns for long-term vocational ministry.

Missionary in Residence
The Missionary in Residence (MIR) will serve as a bridge between the international community (globally or locally) and Providence. This two-year role provides space for a missionary (or missionary family) to grow spiritually, receive care, and be connected to the local church, while also equipping and inspiring the congregation toward deeper international mission involvement
